During my five-night stay, the housekeeping staff consistently greeted me with smiles, making my solo travel experience feel welcoming. I enjoyed the cozy standard double room, but found it a bit basic. For a quick meal, I recommend exploring nearby eateries since the hotel lacked on-site dining options. Bring a mini-fridge if you plan to store snacks.

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel was very clean and welcoming, especially for our young kids who loved the family-friendly atmosphere. Plus, the fact that two kids could eat free with an adult was a fantastic perk that made mealtime a breeze.

My wife says that the pool area could use more shade for families.

the shower was weak (not ideal! ), but the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. the staff was welcoming and the ambiance was great, felt safe in the neighborhood.

stayed at holiday inn for 3 nights and everything was great! the one-bedroom suite was super comfortable. the location was perfect, just around the corner from our son’s place. The restaurant staff were amazing. they remembered my complicated coffee order right after the first morning. we really loved relaxing in the comfort of our bed.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend vacation in Mexico City with all in all brilliant value for money. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise to relax in after a long day. Make sure to check the ice machines as some may be out of order during your stay.

The location offered easy access to local restaurants and shops, although the dining options on-site were somewhat limited. A noticeable drawback was the lack of variety at breakfast and the weak water pressure in the shower, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
