This place is really cool, located in a great spot in Del Valle district. It's close to good places to eat and explore. the staff here are super helpful, even when you ask for things outside of normal hours. Plus, the pub here is 👌.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Del Valle area, right in front of a pub and close to shopping malls where you can have dinner in good restaurants. It is also easily accessible by subway. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice bathrooms that may even have a jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take their time as it is served until noon.

One of the entrances to the parking lot is closed, causing inconvenience for guests trying to access the hotel.

We had a recent stay at Holiday Inn and we were impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was great, especially with the Jacuzzi. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Despite a small mix-up with our reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a Junior Suite, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the taxi drivers and tourist guides in the area. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The coffee at breakfast was not up to my standards, and the hotel did not allow visitors in the room, which was frustrating. Also, the hotel was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, and four blocks to the nearest metro station felt like a lot of walking.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness of our room. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and the linens were clean. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. we would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and allowed me to check in earlier, which was much appreciated as I was quite tired. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions in the Coyoacán neighborhood and the famous areas close by. Despite being near some bars, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. Plus, it was served until 12, which was perfect for me to have a leisurely breakfast-lunch.
